Terms of Use

Version US 1.0. Effective date: October 29, 2026. Last updated: October 29, 2026.

These Terms govern use of SuperSign, provided by SUPERSIGN, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (EIN 37-2165483), mailing address 7345 W Sand Lake Rd Ste 210 Office 6840, Orlando, FL 32819, United States ("SuperSign", "we"). They work together with our Privacy Policy. You accept them when you check the box at sign-up. If you use SuperSign for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

Summary. We provide the signing technology. The documents and the deals are yours. We do not give legal advice. Whether an electronic signature is valid depends on the document and the law that applies to it.

1. The service and our role

SuperSign provides software to create, send, sign, manage and store documents electronically. We are not a party to your agreements, and we do not draft, review or interpret your documents or give legal, tax or accounting advice. You choose the content, the signers and the authentication method suited to the document. Some documents may require a specific form or may not be eligible for electronic signature under applicable law, for example certain wills, family law and real estate documents. Checking that is your responsibility. SuperSign is for business and professional use only.

2. Legal effect

We do not promise that a document or method is sufficient for any particular purpose. By signing through SuperSign, each signer agrees to use electronic records and signatures for that document. A signer who prefers paper can contact the sender before signing. Signers can download a copy of the signed document. In New York, some documents, such as wills and certain real estate and family law documents, may require a different form under state law. Accounts opened through getsupersign.com use the SuperSign signing flow, with an interface in English.

3. Free plan and early access

You can create a Free account at sign-up, with no card required and the usage limits described in section 5. Joining any early access list, if offered, does not by itself create an account or guarantee access. We may open some U.S. features in waves.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or older, use SuperSign only for business or professional purposes, and give true information. Credentials are personal. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us right away about unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts with false data or abusive use, including to protect signers from fraud.

5. Plans and billing

The Free plan has no charge, no card is required, and it has usage limits (currently 3 envelopes a month and 1 user). Usage limits apply per plan and may change with notice. Paid plans are not available for U.S. accounts yet. When they are, we will show the price, the billing period, how renewal works and how to cancel before you pay, and we will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. You can cancel at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: use SuperSign for unlawful or fraudulent deals, scams or phishing; send spam or use signing messages for other purposes; impersonate someone or sign for another person without authority; get around authentication or limits; upload malicious code, reverse engineer or scrape the service; resell access; overload the infrastructure; or infringe the rights of others. We may block sending, suspend or close an account for violations, keep records and cooperate with authorities. Where there is a suspicion of fraud against others, we may act immediately and explain afterward.

7. Your documents

You keep all rights to your documents and are responsible for their content and for having the right to send them. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, seal and store them only to provide the service, including keeping the signing record. We do not use your documents for advertising or to train AI models.

8. Signing record, storage and export

Each signature creates a signing record and a report tied to the document by hash. Documents stay available while your plan is active, and you can download them at any time. After cancellation, completed documents remain available for download for 90 days, then the files are deleted, and we keep only the signing record and hashes for the period in our Privacy Policy so authenticity can still be checked.

9. Privacy

For personal data of signers inside your documents, you are the controller and SuperSign is the processor. You confirm you have a lawful basis to put that data in SuperSign and have informed the participants. Data for U.S. accounts is hosted in the United States (Google Cloud, Iowa). See our Privacy Policy for the rest.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, excluding announced maintenance, third-party failures, attacks and force majeure. This does not create automatic credits. Support is provided through the channels in the service during business hours.

11. Intellectual property

SuperSign, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. "SuperSign" is our trademark. You may not use our name or logo in company names, domains, social profiles, ads or keywords in a way that suggests partnership or origin without written permission. We grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your plan lasts.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for the content or validity of your deals, false information from users or participants, your choice of authentication method, third-party failures, force majeure, misuse, or documents you did not download after the period in section 8. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we exclude indirect damages and lost profits. These limits do not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence, to harm to participants who are third parties, or where the law does not allow the limit.

13. Indemnity

You will hold SuperSign harmless from claims and costs caused by the content of your documents, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your handling of data without a lawful basis, as long as we tell you about the claim and let you defend it.

14. Suspension and closing

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close it, with notice, for violations, a legal order or security risk. If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice. Sections on signing records, intellectual property, liability, indemnity, confidentiality and governing law survive closing.

15. Changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the service for material changes, with a summary. If a change expands your obligations or reduces your rights, we will ask you to accept again. If you disagree, you can close your account before it takes effect at no cost.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state or federal courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction, without removing any consumer protection that the law of your place of residence gives you that cannot be waived. We will first try to resolve a dispute by talking, through support or mediation.
